At Summer Toys, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned with original packaging and accessories, if applicable.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Return Shipping

Summer Toys will cover all return shipping costs for approved returns. Customers will receive return instructions after contacting our support team.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return has been received and approved.
  • Depending on your payment provider, additional processing time may apply.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Downloadable digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged due to misuse by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
